James Heath

James Heath has a diverse work experience in Human Resources. James started their career at Universal Music Group as a Human Resources Assistant, providing general administration support and assisting in producing HR reports. James then worked at Early Years Alliance as an HR Adviser, providing advice on employment matters and coaching managers on people and performance management. James later joined Haymarket Media Group as an HR Business Partner, working closely with stakeholders to address HR needs while managing policy and legislation constraints. As the Head of HR Business Partnering & Operations at Darwin, they collaborated with stakeholders in multiple countries to provide strategic HR support aligned with business objectives. Currently, James is the Human Resources Director at Nourish Care.

James Heath attended the University of Hertfordshire from 2001 to 2005, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) degree in Business Studies with a specialization in Human Resources.
