Matthew Romano

Matthew Romano currently serves as the Vice President of Health System Strategy & Partnerships at Nourish, starting in November 2025. Prior to this role, Matthew held positions at Aware Recovery Care, Inc. as Vice President of Strategy & Growth and Director of Strategic Operations from June 2023 to November 2025, and was a Nonprofit Board Fellow at Children's Crisis Treatment Center from August 2022 to June 2023. Earlier experience includes a Summer Associate role at SV Health Investors and various positions at Kaufman Hall, including Vice President. Matthew began his professional career at Huron Consulting Group, progressing from Analyst to Associate, and completed an internship at GE Lighting. Matthew holds an MBA from The Wharton School and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Notre Dame.
