Stephanie Horvath

Stephanie Horvath is a seasoned Registered Dietitian with extensive experience in sports nutrition, currently serving as an Adjunct Professor and Consultant Dietitian at Indiana University Indianapolis since January 2024, as well as the owner of Stephanie Horvath, LLC. Previously, Stephanie held key roles as the Director of Sports Nutrition at the University of Florida, University of Tennessee, and University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, providing nutrition education and services to approximately 500 athletes at each institution. Additional experience includes positions at the University of Notre Dame, Radford University, Virginia Tech, and Nutritionexpert.com, where Stephanie developed educational materials and supported high-performance nutrition initiatives. Stephanie holds a Master of Arts in Education from Virginia Tech and a Master of Science in Nutrition from Kent State University, complemented by a Bachelor of Science in Applied Health Science from Indiana University Bloomington.
