Ritesh Rajput has a diverse work experience spanning several years. Ritesh began their career as an intern at The Leela Palaces, Hotels and Resorts in 2010. Ritesh then worked as a Front Office Associate at Carlson Rezidor Hotel Group from 2012 to 2014, where they demonstrated leadership and organizational skills. Ritesh then joined JW Marriott as a Front Office Associate from 2014 to 2016, earning awards and recognition for their outstanding performance. Ritesh subsequently worked at Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts as a Front Office Executive, where they achieved Gold and Silver Star recognition for their department. From 2017 to 2020, Ritesh served as a Duty Manager at InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG®), focusing on guest satisfaction and resolution of complaints. Currently, Ritesh is working at Injala, where they have held various roles, including Administrator/EA to the CEO, Administration Team Manager, and currently as a Business Unit Manager responsible for client relations and team performance.
Ritesh Rajput (He/Him) completed a Diploma in Hotel Management at the Parul Institute of Hotel Management from 2009 to 2012. Following that, they pursued a Bachelor's Degree in B.Sc in Hotel Management at the Gujarat Institute of Hotel Management from 2012 to 2014. In addition to their formal education, Ritesh obtained certifications such as IHG Loyalty Champion in April 2019 and Departmental Trainer Front Office in January 2018, both from the InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG™).
