Carolina Camargo

Carolina Camargo is an experienced Operational Excellence Manager with a strong background in continuous improvement and process optimization. Currently managing the Operational Excellence Team in South America at Nouryon since November 2017, Carolina oversees the Project Management Office and leads projects aligned with global strategy. Prior to this role, experience includes serving as an Operational Excellence Manager and Process and Quality Control Supervisor at Nouryon, along with positions at AkzoNobel as a member of the ALPS Team and as a Process Engineer. Carolina began the professional journey at Crown Embalagens Metalicas da Amazonia S/A as a Process Engineer and Industrial Trainee. Educational qualifications include an Executive MBA from Insper and a degree in Chemical Engineering from USP, as well as a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
