Deepika Batra

Deepika Batra is a seasoned professional in Learning and Development, currently serving as the Learning and Development & Program Improvement Coordinator at Nouryon since August 2022. Previously, Deepika held various roles including Business Academy Associate at TMF Group, where responsibilities included leading a Mentoring Programme and facilitating virtual training workshops. As a Project Consultant for VodafoneZiggo, Deepika contributed to a project assessing a performance management methodology. With extensive experience at Ceasefire Industries Pvt Ltd. as Manager of Learning & Development, Deepika designed and delivered training interventions across multiple platforms. Educational qualifications include an M.Sc. in Learning and Development from Maastricht University and a Diploma in Training & Development from the Indian Society for Training & Development.
