Rachel Gomes Junqueira Favilla

Rachel Gomes Junqueira Favilla is an experienced quality control laboratory supervisor and project manager with a strong background in engineering and process optimization. Currently at Nouryon since October 2018, Rachel is responsible for monitoring and validating quality control analysis results. Prior experience includes a similar role at AkzoNobel, and significant leadership as the Competitive Excellence Coordinator at Kidde, where Rachel managed an ERP implementation project and coordinated continuous improvement initiatives. With roots in process analysis from roles at DuPont and The Dow Chemical Company, Rachel also holds advanced degrees in Project Management and Chemical Engineering from FGV and Universidade Estadual de Campinas, respectively, and has completed specialized training in leadership and communication.
