Annette Madvig

Annette co-leads Nous’ evaluation offer. She has over 20 years of experience in the design, management and evaluation of complex policy and programs, in government and non-government settings, and in building capability in cross-cultural and cross-sector environments. Annette is an exceptional leader with a proven ability to operate strategically in demanding environments, collaborate with stakeholders and lead productive teams to deliver high quality work for clients. She has a sharp eye for complexity that informs a practical approach to policy development, program design and nuanced evaluation recommendations in education, health, justice and human services.
