Tessa Dehring

Tessa D. has a strong background in organizational psychology and leadership. Currently, Tessa is the Managing Partner at Alpine Empire, a street and snow-wear brand start-up. Tessa has also held roles as a Provisional Psychologist, Consultant, and Behavioural Therapist in various organizations. Additionally, Tessa has experience as a Principal, Director, Senior Consultant, and Consultant at Nous Group, where Tessa partners with clients in the public, private, and not-for-profit sectors in organizational performance and leadership. Tessa was previously the Victorian State Chair of the College of Organisational Psychologists.
