Tessa Dehring

Tessa Dehring is the current Principal at Nous Group. Tessa has also worked as a Provisional Psychologist and Consultant at PeopleScape Australia & New Zealand, as well as a Consultant and Behavioural Therapist at Alpine Empire and CISCA respectively. Ms. Dehring has also been very involved in the Victorian College of Organisational Psychologists, having served as the Victorian State Chair from 2015-2020.

Tessa Dehring has a Masters from Deakin University in Industrial and Organisational Psychology, a Bachelor of Applied Science (Honours) from RMIT University in Psychology, and a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) from The University of Western Australia in Psychology. Tessa also has certification from Saville Assessment, a Willis Towers Watson Company in Saville WAVE, certification from Barrett Values Centre in Barrett CVA, and certification from the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as a Registered Organisational Psychologist. Additionally, they are a Fellow of the College of Organisational Psychologists (COP) from the Victorian College of Organisational Psychologists and an Accredited Facilitator in the Multifactor Leadership Questionnaire.
