Anil Bajaj

Anil Bajaj has over 27 years of work experience in various roles and companies. Anil started their career as an IT Infrastructure Engineer/Support at Complink in 1993. Anil then worked as a LAN Analyst at Union Bank of Switzerland, where they managed IT support for the Finance Team and performed software/equipment installations. In 1997, they joined ING as a Systems Engineer, responsible for global messaging strategy and architecture.

In 1998, Anil joined AllianceBernstein and held multiple roles, including Quality Assurance Automation Team Manager, AVP, IT Process Manager, and IT Offshore Delivery Manager. During this time, they managed the corporate IT outsourcing model, set policies for the IT Change Control application, and implemented a hybrid automation framework.

In 2009, Anil worked as a Client Relationship Manager - Business Solution Group at Kaplan EduNeering, where they assisted clients and the sales organization in designing and delivering compliance and learning management systems.

From 2010 to 2017, Anil worked at Nuware, holding the positions of VP - Business Development and later VP - Client Partner. Anil was responsible for building and deploying solutions, developing strategies for client growth, and managing sales proposals and pre-sales engagements.

Since 2017, Anil has been working at Nous Infosystems, where they have held various roles such as VP - North America Operations, VP - Alliance, and currently, VP - Client Partner. Their responsibilities include managing operations, alliances, and client partnerships, as well as developing strategies for business growth, marketing, and new account development.

Throughout their career, Anil has gained expertise in areas such as client management, business development, sales, operations, and project management.

Anil Bajaj obtained a Bachelor of Science in Computer Technology from the New York Institute of Technology in the years 1984-1988. Anil then pursued a Masters in Computer Science from the Rochester Institute of Technology from 1998 to 2001.
