Maria Rodami-Lyster

Maria Rodami-Lyster is an experienced leader in customer success and operations, currently serving as Head of Customer Success at Nous since September 2025. Prior roles include Director of Customer Success & Operations at Bloom Coaching, Head of Operations at Beam, and various leadership positions at Klarna, where Maria contributed to the launch of its In-Store strategy and led the successful integration following the acquisition of HERO®. As the founding Senior Customer Success Manager at HERO®, Maria was instrumental in the company's growth before its acquisition by Klarna. Maria's career began at Levi Strauss & Co. and Gap Inc., focusing on training and coaching team members in customer experience.
