Alex Sidarenka's work experience begins in 2009 at ST Group, where they worked as an Executive Assistant to the CEO until 2011. From 2010 to 2012, they served as the Head of Marketing and Sales at ST Group. In 2012, Alex joined aheadWorks as the Director of Account Management for a brief period. In 2013, they started working at EPAM Systems as the Head of Market Intelligence, Sales Research, and Sales Operations Leader, overseeing recruitment, research initiatives, and product selection. Alex's roles at EPAM also included Alliances Manager and Senior Manager Strategic Alliances, Cloud & Data, where they developed strategic partnerships and executed business plans for various technology platforms. In 2023, Alex joined Nousot, Inc. as the Alliances & Channel Development Lead.

Alex Sidarenka has a Bachelor's degree in Linguistics from Belarusian State University, which was acquired from 2001 to 2006. Additionally, they obtained an Associate's degree in Marketing strategy, research, branding, and communication from The Netherlands Institute of Marketing during 2010 to 2011. Furthermore, they have pursued further education in Information Technology Project Management from edX and Cloud Computing via Edx from the University of Maryland Global Campus. They have also obtained various certifications, including Cloud Digital Leader from Google Cloud Skills Boost, Data Governance and Data Management Masterclass from Udemy, and numerous certifications from Databricks, Google Cloud Skills Boost, Amazon Web Services (AWS), LinkedIn, Snowflake, Salesforce, and Scrum Alliance.
