Bogi Laksáfoss

Bogi Laksáfoss has a diverse work experience in various engineering roles. Bogi'smost recent position was at NOV, where they served as the Director of Business Systems and Processes, overseeing the management of systems and software for the business unit. Prior to that, they worked as the Engineering Director and Engineering Manager for the Pipe System Design department, where they led multiple teams and was involved in project execution and software development. Bogi also worked as a Team Lead and Senior Engineer, focusing on technical analysis and customer engagement. Before joining NOV, Bogi worked as an Engineer at MAN B&W Diesel A/S and WaveStarEnergy, where they gained experience in database development and structural analysis.

Bogi Laksáfoss obtained a M.Sc.M.E. degree in Solid mechanics, structural dynamics and offshore engineering from the DTU - Technical University of Denmark, completing the program from 2000 to 2006.
