Diana Grauer

Diana Grauer, PhD, currently serves as the Director of Research and Development at NOV since June 2022 and has been the Director at Grauer Consulting, LLC since August 2016, specializing in venture capital, strategic advising, due diligence, and angel investing. Previous roles include Chief Technology Officer at Ocean Aero Inc, where leadership was provided to R&D and engineering organizations, and Director positions at TechnipFMC, overseeing global R&D and external technology engagement. Diana has held significant roles at HOERBIGER and Schlumberger, focusing on engineering, process improvement, and strategic planning. At Idaho National Laboratory, contributions included leading research projects for the U.S. Department of Energy and Department of Transportation. Diana holds a PhD in Mechanical Engineering and an Executive Education degree in Venture Capital from the University of California, Berkeley, alongside a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Kansas State University.
