Tom Yost

Tom Yost is an experienced business and technology manager with a background in the oil and gas industry, currently serving at NOV since November 2001. In the role of Business & Technology Manager for Rig Equipment, Tom oversees technology implementation and innovation, collaborates with the sales team for product management, and builds customer relationships. Previously, Tom held positions such as Director of Sales for Rig Systems Offshore, managing a team responsible for $100M in annual sales, and Business & Technology Director for E&P Operations, where Tom aligned customer relationships for the largest operator in the world. With a strong foundation in engineering, Tom has held various engineering roles at companies including Diamond Offshore, Ensco plc, and Schlumberger, building a diverse skill set in project management and product development, all supported by a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Texas A&M University.
