Tushar Gupta is an experienced professional currently serving as Chief of Staff at Nova AI, where the focus is on AI Agents for Enterprise Software. Previously, Tushar worked at J.P. Morgan as an Investment Banking Analyst concentrating on Mergers & Acquisitions and contributing as an AI Ambassador. Tushar also has analytical experience from Macquarie Group in the Consumer, Gaming & Leisure sectors, and from Battery Ventures with a focus on B2B SaaS investments. Tushar holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics and Economics from the University of Southern California and completed the International Baccalaureate at the American School of Bombay.
