Ceara S. is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in research and development, currently serving as a Senior R&D Systems Engineer at Nova Biomedical since October 2025. Prior to this role, Ceara held a similar position at Advanced Instruments, LLC from January 2023 to October 2025. Ceara's career began at Artel, where multiple roles were undertaken, including Product Development Engineer, Project Manager, Systems Engineer, and Associate Software Engineer, lasting from December 2003 to January 2023. Earlier experiences include a Research Assistant role at the National Science Foundation from June 2001 to June 2003, a Summer Undergraduate Research Fellow at NASA Jet Propulsion Laboratory in summer 2002, and a Research Assistant at Hawaii Natural Energy Institute in late 2000.
