Dennis Begos M.D.

Dennis Begos MD, FACS serves as the Senior Medical Director at Nova Biomedical since June 2020, overseeing operations in North and South America and India. Previous roles at Nova Biomedical include Medical Director and Associate Medical Director, alongside experience as a Senior Medical Writer. Begos contributed to the American Board of Colon and Rectal Surgery as a Senior National Examiner, developing questions and examining board certification candidates. A former Surgeon at Commonwealth Colorectal Surgery, Begos served as an Assistant Professor of Surgery at Tufts University School of Medicine from 1998 to 2018, recognized for excellence in teaching with multiple awards. Past leadership roles include Medical Staff President and Chairman of Surgery at Winchester Hospital. An academic background includes an MD from Yale School of Medicine and a BS in Neuroscience from the University of Rochester.
