Ericka Belleth

Ericka Belleth has extensive work experience in communications and leadership roles. Ericka is currently working as a Team Lead of Internal and Communications Services at NOVA Chemicals. Prior to that, they worked at Shaw Communications as a Manager of Internal Communications, where they provided strategic communications advice and managed a team of nine. Ericka also worked as a Team Lead of Communications, coaching senior leaders and aligning business division strategies with organizational priorities. Ericka Belleth has experience in advising senior leadership and cross-functional teams as a Senior Advisor of Public & Government Affairs at Paramount Resources. Ericka has also worked in communication and stakeholder relations roles at Quicksilver Resources Canada Inc. and Talisman Energy. In addition, they have experience as a Search Consultant at IFG - International Financial Group and as a Communications Analyst at Talisman Energy. Ericka Belleth began their career in various communication roles and has demonstrated skills in building engagement, resilience, and capability through communication and organizational change.

Ericka Belleth holds a Bachelor's Degree in Communication Studies from the University of Calgary. Ericka also obtained a Public Relations Certificate (with Honours) from Humber College. As part of their education, they participated in a Term Abroad Program at Prague University of Economics and Business.
