Kerry Hargreaves

Kerry Hargreaves has over two decades of experience with NOVA Chemicals, currently serving as the E3 Operations Team Leader since June 2009, overseeing operations and engineering teams. Previously, Kerry held the position of Commercial Account Manager, managing Joint Venture and commercial Ethylene contracts, and worked as a Technical Training Specialist, where training manuals were developed. Early roles included Shift Supervisor in a Polystyrene plant, leading a team of operators, and Operations Coordinator, coordinating activities in the finishing area of an Ethylene plant. Kerry holds a Power Engineering degree in Operations from the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology, obtained between 1989 and 1991.
