Emma Callaway

Emma Callaway is an experienced professional in education and sales, currently serving as a Safeguarding Officer at Nova Education Trust since June 2022, while also working as a Special Education Assistant at Kedleston Group since September 2016. Previously, Emma spent over seven years at Harlequin Mills & Boon, where roles included National Account Manager, National Account Executive, and Sales Co-ordinator, achieving significant sales growth and implementing high-revenue projects. Emma's earlier career includes positions as Office Co-ordinator at IOR Group and Site Secretary at St James Homes.
