Dan Pascu

Dan Pascu has over 25 years of experience in various roles related to commissioning and project management. Dan most recently worked at Nova Energy LLC as the Deputy Commissioning Manager for the ARCTIC LNG2 Project - SBV 2. Prior to that, they held the role of Commissioning Manager at NIPIGAS, where they were responsible for overseeing the planning and execution of commissioning and startup project phases, ensuring safety and environmental performance, and managing interfaces with construction and commissioning managers. Dan also worked as a System Completion & Commissioning Manager at GSP Holding SA, a Commissioning Manager at Saipem, and a Commissioning Manager at Consolidated Contractors International Company. Dan has experience in developing project plans and procedures, coordinating activities with various project disciplines, and managing crew and resources for pre-commissioning and commissioning activities. Dan has worked on projects in various countries, including China, Kuwait, and Romania. Dan's expertise includes managing commissioning and start-up preparation activities, reviewing contractual documentation, and identifying project requirements and constraints. Dan has a strong background in process engineering and has worked for companies such as Chevron, ExxonMobil, Jacobs, and Hyundai Engineering & Construction Co.,Ltd. Dan started their career at Petrom as a CDU Unit Process Supervisor, where they were responsible for coordinating and supervising the delivery of crude oil to the refinery.

Dan Pascu attended Universitatea Petrol-Gaze din Ploiești from 1984 to 1989. Dan obtained a Master's Degree in Science with a specialization in Drilling Rig. In July 2014, they also completed a Hydrogen Sulfide - Level 2 -Training certification from AKUALITA Training Consulting.
