Alex Zhang

Alex Zhang is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience across various industries. Currently serving as Nova Finance Business Partner and Management Accountant at Nova Energy since September 2022, Alex is responsible for financial advising and the preparation of financial statements. Prior roles include BAS Accountant at Baker Tilly Staples Rodway and Accountant positions at RightWay Limited and Whanau Family Support Services Trust, where tasks involved financial reporting and GST returns. Early career experience includes auditing roles with the Chinese Government, starting as an Auditor and working up to Office Manager. Alex holds a Master of Professional Accounting from Victoria University of Wellington and a Bachelor of Economics from Hunan University.
