Bruce Sage

Bruce Sage has extensive experience in building inspection and assessment, currently serving as a Building Inspector and Mold Assessor at NOVA Engineering and Environmental, LLC since September 2016. Prior to this, Bruce held the position of State Certified Building Inspector and State Certified Mold Assessor at Precise Residential Inspections from January 1992 to September 2016, providing comprehensive inspections and indoor air quality assessments for various properties. Between 2001 and 2012, Bruce worked as a Structural, Electrical, Plumbing, and Mechanical Inspector at Building Code Administrative Services, conducting compliance inspections for multiple state facilities. Bruce also served in the US Army from October 1995 to September 2005 as Brigade Command Sergeant Major and School Commandant, overseeing the well-being of soldiers and officers. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Fine Arts and an Associate of Science from Rochester Institute of Technology, along with military leadership certifications from the US Army Command Sergeant Major's Course and the US Army Sergeants Major Academy.
