Lauren Montgomery

Lauren Montgomery has a diverse work history in the media and marketing industry. Lauren currently holds the position of Manager - Audience Engagement at NOVA Entertainment, where they lead the Audience Engagement function at Star 104.5 to enhance revenue and ratings through various strategies.

Prior to their current role, Lauren worked for ARN (Australian Radio Network) in multiple positions. Lauren served as the National Brand Promotions Manager and later as the Sydney Brand Activations Director, responsible for leading the Sydney Brand Activations team across KIIS1065, WSFM & The Edge 96.1 brands. In these roles, they focused on developing and implementing strategic solutions for clients and listeners to achieve desired objectives.

Before joining ARN, Lauren worked at Active Edge Promotions as a Senior Client and Project Manager. Lauren specialized in experiential marketing, brand activations, and sponsorships, managing key accounts and collaborating with brands like Banana Boat, Weet-Bix, Up&Go, and Energizer. Their role involved developing brand strategies, creating brand awareness, and executing end-to-end project management.

Earlier in their career, Lauren worked at NOVA Entertainment as the Nova 96.9 Integration Project Manager and then at Southern Cross Austereo as the National Campaign Development Manager and SAFM Integration Manager. Lauren also served as the Sea FM Brand & Sponsorship Manager at Southern Cross Austereo. Furthermore, Lauren gained experience as a Display Advertising Consultant at Cumberland Newspapers.
