Shayne Sinclair has a diverse and extensive work experience in the radio industry. Shayne started their career as a Technical Operator at Australian Radio Network in 2003. From there, they moved on to Southern Cross Austereo, where they worked as an Audio Producer, primarily for the SEA FM and Localworks brands across multiple states. Shayne also served as the station voice for Star FM branded stations in New South Wales and Victoria.

In 2006, Shayne joined NOVA Entertainment as an Audio Producer for Nova 96.9's Breakfast Show. Shayne later transitioned to Southern Cross Austereo again, taking on roles as a Radio Announcer and a Music Director. During their time at Southern Cross Austereo, they demonstrated strong creative writing and audio production skills, managing a high volume of work for different stations under tight deadlines.

In 2012, Shayne returned to NOVA Entertainment and took on the position of Operations Manager, responsible for the day-to-day operations of Nova 96.9 Sydney and other Nova stations across Australia. Shayne ensured seamless broadcast of networked programs with minimal technical errors.

Currently, Shayne is working as the Program Director at NOVA Entertainment, leading a team of content creators for Star 104.5 on the Central Coast. Shayne focuses on maintaining consistency and alignment with the brand strategy, while also spearheading initiatives to redefine the radio station.
