Chelsea Gittle has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. In 2005, they worked as a Field Technician at Rutgers University, where they supported studies on recreational party boats and collected data on fish species. From 2007 to 2016, they were a Seasonal Naturalist at Starlight Fleet, where they conducted educational marine tours and programs. In 2011, they worked as a Seasonal Field Biologist at Ottertail Environmental Inc., monitoring and assessing wetland habitats. From 2011 to 2013, they were a Project Manager/Environmental Scientist at Tetra Tech EM Inc., providing project management and environmental support. From 2014 to 2015, they held a similar role at HiRise Engineering, P.C., where they managed and developed the environmental department. Since 2015, they have also been the Owner/Founder of Proof in Painting, a mobile art entertainment service. Lastly, they currently work as a Project Manager at Nova Group, GBC, a position they started in 2019.

Chelsea Gittle holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Ecology from Rutgers University. In terms of additional certifications, Chelsea obtained the following:

Chelsea also has additional certifications in 40-Hour OSHA HAZWOPER, Best Management Practices for Construction Waterways, Geographic Information Systems, and Stormwater Management and Erosion Control. However, the institutions and specific dates for these certifications are not provided.
