Karen Claud-Janiga

Karen Claud-Janiga, PHR, currently serves as a Strategic Client Partner and Office Manager at Nova Healthcare Administrators, Inc., a position held since April 2013. Prior experience includes roles as an Educational Recruiter/Admissions Representative at ITT Technical Institute in 2013 and as a Human Resources Representative at Northrop Grumman Amherst Systems from 1998 to 2012. Karen began a career in the travel industry as a Travel Agent at AAA of WNY from September 1996 to July 1998. Academically, Karen Claud-Janiga earned a Master's Degree in Organizational Leadership from Medaille University between 2009 and 2010 and holds a Bachelor's Degree in English from the State University of New York at Fredonia, attained from 1982 to 1986. Additionally, Karen completed a SHRM class at Canisius.
