Melonie Schuyler

Melonie Schuyler is the Business Owner of NOVA Insights, PLLC, beginning in July 2024, and previously served as the Client Accounting Services Senior Manager at Smith Leonard PLLC from July 2019 to May 2024, following a role as Tax Manager at the same firm from August 2012 to June 2017. With a focus on taxation and wealth planning services, Melonie provided comprehensive tax planning and advice to private companies and high net worth individuals. Melonie's earlier experience includes working as a Graduate Assistant at Appalachian State University, where responsibilities included grading assignments and tutoring students. Melonie holds a Master of Science in Accounting with a concentration in Taxation and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Accounting, both from Appalachian State University, as well as an Associate degree in Fine Arts from Catawba Valley Community College.
