Shelton Frey is a highly experienced legal professional who has held various leadership positions in both the public and private sectors. Shelton currently serves as the Chief Legal Officer at Nova Medical Centers and has previously worked at Correctional Healthcare Companies and the Illinois Department of Corrections. Frey holds a JD from Southern Illinois University School of Law and a B.S. from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale.
