Roshan Thayil

Roshan Thayil has extensive work experience in the healthcare industry. Roshan started their career at UF Health in 2003, where they held various roles including Regulatory Compliance Specialist, Trauma Financial Representative, ER Administrator, and Organ Transplant Coordinator. In 2015, they joined Tenet Healthcare as a Hospital Compliance Officer and later became the Director of Compliance Programs and Interim Hospital Compliance Officer at various Tenet Hospitals. Currently, Roshan works at Parkland Health as the Director of Compliance Investigations. Roshan previously held the role of Senior Director of Compliance Programs. Roshan's experience spans across different aspects of compliance and they have worked in large hospital systems with a high volume of patient visits.

Roshan Thayil holds a Master of Science in Jurisprudence (MSJ) in Health and Hospital Law from Seton Hall University School of Law, which was obtained in 2017. Prior to this, they earned a Bachelor of Science in Health Education from the University of Florida in 2013. Additionally, Roshan Thayil received certifications in healthcare compliance, including Certified in Healthcare Compliance (CHC) from the Compliance Certification Board (CCB) in 2013.
