Dominique Zwicker has a diverse work experience history. They started their career in 2015 as a Front Desk Receptionist at Dalhousie University, where they worked until 2017. Concurrently, in 2017, they also worked as a Host at Murphy Hospitality Group. In the same year, they joined Nova Scotia Health Authority as a Diagnostic Imaging Technologist Assistant until 2019. They then transitioned to the role of Interventional Radiology Technologist at the same organization until 2023. Simultaneously, they also worked as a Citizen Service Officer at Service Canada from 2018 to 2019. In 2021, Dominique Zwicker joined Dalhousie University again, this time as a Specialty Practice Supervisor, a role they held until 2023. Most recently, they took up the position of Clinical Standardization Lead-Cardiac Sciences & Interventional Radiology at Nova Scotia Health Authority in 2023.

Dominique Zwicker completed a Bachelor of Health Science in Radiologic Technology/Science - Radiographer from Dalhousie University from 2014 to 2019. In addition, Dominique obtained the following certifications: Psychologically Safe Leadership from the University of New Brunswick in April 2023, Certificate in Interventional Radiology (CIR) from the Canadian Association of Medical Radiation Technologists (CAMRT) in August 2022, and Licensed Radiological Technologist: Radiographer from the Canadian Association of Medical Radiation Technologists in May 2019.
