Janine Pelham

Janine Pelham is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in talent and organizational development, currently serving as Senior Director of Talent & Organizational Development at Nova Scotia Health Authority since February 2024. Prior to this role, Janine held various positions at Emera, including Director of Talent Management and Director of Employee Experience & Retention, and contributed significantly as an HR Business Partner and Senior Manager in Strategy at Nova Scotia Power. Janine's career began at EastLink as a Senior Product Manager. Educational qualifications include a Master of Business Administration from Dalhousie University, a Graduate Certificate in Executive Coaching from Royal Roads University, and a Bachelor of Commerce (Honors) from Memorial University of Newfoundland and Labrador.
