Jordan McPhee

Health Services Lead at Nova Scotia Health Authority

Jordan McPhee has a diverse work experience in the healthcare sector. They started their career as a Student Public Health Inspector at the Windsor-Essex County Health Unit in May 2017 and ended in December 2017. After that, they worked as a Public Health Inspector for the Government of New Brunswick from November 2018 to January 2020. Since January 2020, Jordan has been working at the Nova Scotia Health Authority, first as an Emergency Preparedness Advisor and currently as a Health Services Lead.

Jordan McPhee completed a Bachelor's degree in Health Sciences (Public Health) from Cape Breton University from 2012 to 2016. In 2017, McPhee obtained a certification in CPHI(C) from the Canadian Institute of Public Health Inspectors. In 2015, McPhee also obtained a certification in ADVANCED.fst Food Safety Training (Management Level) from TrainCan, Inc. Currently, McPhee is pursuing a Master of Public Health - MPH degree in Health Promotion at the University of Alberta, starting in 2022.
