Paula Judge

Paula Judge currently serves as the Manager of Compensation Design and Analysis at Nova Scotia Health Authority, a position held since June 2024. Prior to this role, Paula was with Health Association Nova Scotia from September 2015 to July 2024, where various positions included Manager Compensation Design & Analysis and Compensation Specialist. Earlier experience includes working as a Pension Administrator at EMCI and a range of roles at Bell Aliant focused on executive compensation and investor relations from 1997 to 2013. Paula holds a Bachelor of Commerce in HR and Industrial Relations from Saint Mary's University, complemented by a Professional Development certification in Financial Literacy. Paula also pursued education at Nova Scotia Community College and Knightsbridge.
