Vincent Agyapong

Vincent Agyapong serves as the Professor and Head of the Department of Psychiatry at the Faculty of Medicine, Dalhousie University, and holds the position of Chief of Psychiatry at Nova Scotia Health Authority Central Zone, both since September 2021. In addition, Vincent Agyapong is the Chair of the Board of Directors for the Global Psychological eHealth Foundation and has been involved with various boards, including the CMHA Alberta and Centre for Suicide Prevention. With a rich academic background, Vincent Agyapong also functions as a Clinical Professor and Research Director at the University of Alberta's Department of Psychiatry, where responsibilities include overseeing mood and anxiety clinical trials. An extensive educational history includes a PhD in Global Health, MD in Psychiatry, several fellowships and diplomas in psychiatry and health services management from esteemed institutions.
