Rasha Elmasry

Rasha Elmasry, MMIS, CBAP, CSM, currently serves as the Manager of IT Business Analysis at Nova Southeastern University since June 2018, building on a robust career that began with a role as an instructor in programming languages. Prior experience includes a significant tenure at IBM from March 2005 to April 2018, where Rasha held roles such as Technical Project Lead and Full Stack Developer, responsible for leading critical projects like Smartcare and CCSP, and overseeing key aspects of project management, technology analysis, and application development. Rasha holds a Master of Science in Management Information Systems from Nova Southeastern University, an IT Professional Diploma in Software Development from the Information Technology Institute, and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering.
