Renee Venezia

Renee Venezia, EdD, SPHR, currently serves as the Executive Director of HR Administration & Workforce Strategies at Nova Southeastern University, a position held since May 2009, where responsibilities include oversight and development of the Shared Services and HRIS Analyst teams. Previously, Renee held roles at California State University, Northridge, including HRIS Manager and Manager of HR Systems Training from July 2003 to April 2009. Academic qualifications include a Master of Science in Employment Law from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad College of Law (2018-2020), a Doctor of Education in Organizational Leadership with a focus on HR Development/Organization Development from Nova Southeastern University (2010-2015), and a Master's in Business Administration from the same institution (1998-2000).
