Steve Kramer

Steve Kramer, PhD, MBB, is a Professor of Decision Sciences at Nova Southeastern University and serves as a Fellow and Chapter 1510 Board Member at ASQ - World Headquarters. With extensive experience in management consulting, Kramer specializes in Lean/Six Sigma deployment through Kramer Consulting, offering training and strategic planning. Previous roles include Advanced Examiner for the Florida Sterling Council and Visiting Professor at Wake Forest University. Kramer's early career at Northrop Grumman involved significant process improvements, while academic positions at Loyola University Maryland and Wake Forest University focused on operations management and Lean/Six Sigma mentorship. Kramer holds a PhD in Operations Management from the University of Maryland, along with MSIE and BSIE degrees in Industrial Engineering from the University of Rhode Island and the University of South Florida, respectively.
