Steve Pearce

Steve Pearce is an experienced executive in the Defence and Aerospace sectors, currently serving as the Acting Executive General Manager of Defence and Aerospace Solutions at Nova Systems Australia and New Zealand since March 2014. Pearce has held various leadership roles within Nova Systems, including General Manager of MSP Governance and Deputy General Manager of MSP, overseeing governance and management for Major Service Provider contracts. Previous roles include Director and COO at Aviation Concepts and Training Services, as well as directorships and management positions in several other aviation and defense companies. Pearce's foundational experience includes a decade-long tenure at Jacobs Australia in business development and project management, and an engineering career that began with the Royal Australian Air Force. Pearce holds several advanced qualifications, including Executive Education from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor's Degree in Aeronautical Engineering from RMIT University.
