Pavel Shabelnyk

Pavel Shabelnyk is a seasoned Project Coordinator at Nova since April 2018, with additional responsibilities as a PM Assistant and BIM Coordinator. In this role, Pavel organizes project infrastructure for BIM initiatives, coordinates project teams, creates and manages modeling schedules, and oversees quality control of project models. Prior to this, Pavel served in various engineering roles at УКРНЕФТЕХИМПРОЕКТ from June 2012 to March 2018, focusing on the development and approval of project documentation for systems such as fire alarms, automatic fire extinguishing, security alarms, and video surveillance. Pavel holds a Master's degree from Харьковская Академия Городского Хозяйства, completed from 2008 to 2012, and completed secondary education at школа №111 from 1996 to 2004.
