Kimberly Shartsis

Kimberly Shartsis began their work experience as a Strategy & Operations Consultant at Deloitte Consulting from 2001 to 2004. Kimberly then worked as a Senior Associate at Prophet from 2006 to 2009. Following that, Shartsis joined The Clorox Company as a Consumer Insights Senior Manager from 2009 to 2012, and later as a Brand Manager from 2012 to 2015. Shartsis then moved to Rodan + Fields, where they held various positions including Brand Marketing Manager from 2015 to 2017, Senior Brand Marketing Manager from 2017 to 2019, and Director Of Brand Marketing from 2019 to 2020. After leaving Rodan + Fields, Shartsis worked at LinkedIn as a Brand Marketing Consultant from March 2020 to December 2020, and then at GRAIL, Inc. as a Brand Marketing Consultant from December 2020 to July 2022. Currently, Shartsis is the VP Commercial at NovaBay Pharmaceuticals, starting in July 2022.

Kimberly Shartsis completed their BA in Psychology from New York University between the years 1997 and 2001. Later, from 2004 to 2006, they pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at the UCLA Anderson School of Management.
