Marc-Antoine Lachance

Mr. Lachance holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the Université de Sherbrooke and is a CPA, CMA.

Mr. Lachance is responsible for the development and management of financial and tax aspects of investments and divestitures. Before joining Novacap in 2016, he worked at WSP and RONA where he participated in numerous acquisition and integration transactions, financing, due diligence, as well as treasury management.

Mr. Lachance is a member of the Board of Directors of Bestar and Hallcon Corporation.
