Brett Alderson

Brett Alderson currently serves as the President and Site Leader of NovaCina, alongside responsibilities as COO of Bridgewest Perth Pharma, since April 2023. Prior to this role, Brett accumulated nearly 29 years of experience at Pfizer, where positions included Site Leader responsible for a large pharmaceutical production facility, Manufacturing Operations Lead overseeing sterile injectable medicines, and interim Site Leader in India during a leadership transition. Additional roles at Pfizer included Site Integration Leader for integrating the Hospira site and Production Manager, as well as Quality Control Manager/Supervisor. Brett holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Chemistry from Curtin University, which was completed between 1987 and 1991.
