Saradhe Withanaarachchi

Saradhe Withanaarachchi has a diverse work experience. Saradhe'smost recent role was as an Associate Solution Consultant at Novacura starting from July 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Logistics Solutions Intern at Hayleys Advantis Limited from August 2021 to February 2022. In this role, they contributed to various projects related to digitization, automation, statistical computations, data analytics, and feasibility studies. Saradhe developed and implemented automated solutions using VBA macros and No Code applications to improve efficiency by automating repetitive tasks. Saradhe was also involved in feasibility studies, providing insights and recommendations for ongoing projects. Before that, Saradhe was a Team Member - Outgoing Global Talent at AIESEC in Sri Lanka from 2019 to 2020 and a School Leaver Trainee at Bank of Ceylon from September 2017 to March 2018.

Saradhe Withanaarachchi completed their BSc. (Hons) in Management & Information Technology, specializing in Business Systems Engineering, from the University of Kelaniya Sri Lanka. They pursued this degree from 2019 to 2023. Additionally, Saradhe earned a diploma in Applied Statistics from the Institute of Applied Statistics in Sri Lanka between 2021 and 2022. In 2018, they obtained a CIMA Certificate in Business Accounting from CIMA. Prior to that, from 2008 to 2016, Saradhe attended Ananda College and completed a degree in Physical Science.
