Nadzeya Karpova

Nadzeya Karpova is an experienced IT Consultant currently working at Elinext, a custom software development and consulting company, since July 2022. In this role, Nadzeya contributes to digital transformation initiatives for mid-sized and large enterprises across various sectors including Banking and Finance, Insurance, Telecommunications, Healthcare, and Retail. Prior to Elinext, Nadzeya served as an IT Consultant at EPAM Systems from June 2020 to July 2022, where responsibilities included analyzing IT systems and diagnosing issues related to inefficiencies and weaknesses. Nadzeya holds a Bachelor's degree from Warsaw University of Technology, obtained in June 2016.
