Leonardo Oliveira

Leonardo Oliveira worked as the Head of People and Culture at NovaDAX Brasil starting from January 2019. Previously, they were an HR Business Partner at Wecash from June 2018 to December 2018. Prior to that, they worked at Unilever where they held various roles. From February 2017 to November 2017, they served as a Benefits Partner. From September 2015 to January 2017, they were an HR Partner - HR Services, responsible for implementing a new operations interface, leading a storage platform project, and managing daily HR Services routines in Brazil.

Leonardo Oliveira completed their undergraduate studies in Environmental and Sanitary Engineering from Universidade Metodista de São Paulo, from 2013 to 2017. Leonardo then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Leadership and People Management from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas, which they completed from 2020 to 2022. In 2023, Leonardo plans to enroll in the MBA program at MBA USP/Esalq, focusing on Digital Business & Disruptive Technologies. Additionally, they obtained a certification in Employer Branding from Employer Branding Brasil in September 2022.
