Massie Dwitama

Massie Dwitama has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. In 2011, they worked as an Engineering Intern at Port of Seattle, where they were responsible for project budgeting and contract revision. From 2012 to 2013, they served as a Quality Analyst at Philips. In 2013, they joined Century Investment Futures as a Digital Implementation Consultant and later became an Operations Manager from 2016 to 2018. In 2015, Massie co-founded Yutaka Mizu Indonesia and acted as a Market launcher. They then worked at Arthur D. Little in 2019 on a consulting project focused on digitalization of the Power Industry. In 2020, Massie served as the Head of SaaS Operations at Zilingo before joining Novade Solutions as the Head of Operations.

Massie Dwitama holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Washington, which was completed from 2007 to 2011. Massie then pursued further education and earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from INSEAD in 2019. In 2018, Massie also obtained a "Core: Credential of Readiness" from Harvard Business School Online. Additionally, Massie has a certification as a GDPR and Data Privacy Expert from LinkedIn, obtained in 2020.
