Aaron W. James

Dr. James is an associate professor of pathology at Johns Hopkins University. Dr. James is a board-certified anatomic pathologist and subspecialist in bone pathology. He runs a basic and translational laboratory in bone biology, bone tissue engineering and mechanisms of bone repair. His clinical and research training was conducted at University of California, San Francisco, Stanford University, and University of California, Los Angeles. His group has published over 160 peer-reviewed publications and his laboratory is currently supported by the United States National Institutes of Health (NIH), the United States Department of Defense, private foundations, and industry.
