Loukas Papazoglou

Loukas Papazoglou is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in corporate governance and leadership. Currently serving as a member of the Board of Directors at AKTOR SA since November 2023, Loukas also holds the position of Vice Chairman on the Board of Directors at Attica Group since July 2020. Additional roles include Board Member at NOVAL Property and Marfin Investment Group (MIG) since July 2021 and August 2018, respectively, as well as Founder of LKP Development and Advisory since July 2017. Previous experience includes serving on the Board of Directors for HELLENIC PETROLEUM Group of Companies from August 2019 to July 2021, and as CEO at APIVITA SA from January 2015 to July 2017. Loukas's foundational roles include serving on the Board of Directors at Aegean Motorway S.A. and as Chairman at Athens International Airport. Academic qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Management Banking Finance from the University of Reading and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Management from Athens University of Economics and Business.
